This chocolate is made with Ping Tung cocoa and ground with Taiwanese charcoal oolong tea. It has very charming flavour notes such as sesame, mint, and gardenia. The authentic milk flavour balances the tartness of the chocolate and tea powder, giving the chocolate a very pleasant mouthfeel. It is a work of art that tells the story of Taiwan’s milk tea culture.
